Role: Associate Employment Solicitor and Senior Employment Solicitor
Job type: Permanent or Consultant, full time or part-time
Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (UK only) with office working available (Peckham Levels SE15)

Salaries: Associate Solicitors: £60,000 to £90,000 OTE; Senior Solicitor: £90,000 – £120,000 OTE
Monaco Solicitors is an innovative and rapidly expanding London-based law firm with a national presence. We specialise in employment law for employees and negotiating settlement agreements and are also in the process of expanding our employment tribunal litigation work. We develop our own technology in-house, including Virtual Lawyer (“VL”), an award-winning tool that helps individuals write without prejudice letters and other documents. We are also conducting joint research with a top international university into artificial intelligence and increasing access to justice with our pro bono work with legal advice-giving charities.
Due to an increasing workload, we are looking for accomplished Associate and Senior employment lawyers to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The work will involve advising clients on all aspects of employment law, negotiating settlements and conducting litigation. For less experienced lawyers, there will be lots of opportunities to work with senior members of our team.
- Associate lawyers: at least 2 years PQE in English employment law
- Senior lawyers: at least 7 years PQE in English employment law
- Employment law practice in a UK law firm
- Experience in negotiating and advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements
- Experience in handling employment tribunal claims, including drafting proceedings
- Being ‘tech-savvy’ is not essential but would help. (Training in our CMS provided)

We have hundreds of pages of content on our website with around 50,000 visitors per month, plus a fantastic library of video content on YouTube – we want you to continue to constantly increase and enhance our content.
We are looking for a creative, energetic, data-driven professional who can get things done and contribute meaningful insights throughout ideation, execution and post-campaign analysis.
You will need to be obsessive about conversion metrics and testing, combining creative brilliance with pinpoint execution. Every single point of interaction and communication throughout the consumer journey is an opportunity to optimise.

The Role + Duties
This is a senior role for an Office Manager who has some previous experience at this level in the service sector. You will be central to the smooth, efficient and effective running of the office and all administrative functions that support our business.
Your duties on a day-to-day basis will be varied and will include:
- Managing and helping to implement our recruitment and HR processes
- Raising and paying invoices and tracking/keeping records of the same
- Updating and maintaining records in a timely manner as appropriate (e.g. CRM system/lawyer rotas)
- Health and safety at work lead
- Overseeing the tech support function of the business
- Ensuring legal compliance schedules are met on time
- Managing and overseeing the admin team
- Managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Producing reports and analytics for the CEO
- Coordinating meetings and overseeing guest hospitality
- Managing and ensuring maintenance of the office including reporting servicing and repairs
- Updating and maintaining company policies
- Undertaking special projects as and when required
- Other administrative duties as may be assigned
