reports our own Alex Monaco on vegan discrimination:
‘A proponent of access to justice, Alex believes in putting legal knowledge on
the internet for individuals to access for free so that they can be well informed about
their rights, no matter how difficult those rights can be to implement.
‘He is passionate about helping individuals stand up to the might of the corporate
machine and he runs an employment law firm in the UK called Monaco Solicitors,
which represents employees only.
‘A vegan himself, Alex has become involved in vegan rights at work and has
appeared in the press discussing whether bosses can force vegans to make rounds
of tea with cows milk.
