About Dmitrii Rudenko
I came to Monaco Solicitors with a background in developing and scaling technology businesses, and have been able to apply that experience to help the firm solve its core mission: giving as many people as possible the representation they deserve. We are very much tech-driven and mission-driven, and believe that AI and technology allow us to help more people and provide representation with no upfront cost to our clients.

As Revenue Operations Lead and then Head of Operations, I focused on making the firm run more efficiently so we could help more people. That meant building systems to match the right cases with the right lawyers, streamlining how we take on new clients, and finding ways to make data analysis, technology, and AI serve our lawyers better.

 

Future Development of Monaco Solicitors
Now as CEO, my goal is simple: grow our reach. We are already the largest employment law firm in the UK representing individuals only, and I want to make sure that anyone who needs us can find us and afford us. We are constantly growing our team, developing new technology, and challenging ourselves to stay one step ahead in how we deliver legal services.

None of our growth to date would be possible without the brilliant lawyers and first-rate staff at Monaco. Their expertise, commitment, and passion for standing up for people’s rights are what make this firm what it is, and I feel incredibly grateful to work alongside them every day.
