About Daniel Fourie
I am a litigation-focused lawyer working on claimant employment cases at Monaco Solicitors, where I support employees in their workplace disputes such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and settlement negotiations. I bring a strong litigation foundation from personal injury and clinical negligence practice in both South Africa and the UK. This includes hands-on experience in case strategy, complex evidence review, and court advocacy, which I now apply to employment law matters.
