Chloe Holmes

Trainee Solicitor

"Being a trainee gives me a chance to be closely involved in the running of clients' cases. With the support of my senior colleagues, I have secured several settlement offers and enjoyed achieving positive results for my clients. "

Brief History

I am a Law with Criminology graduate from the University of Surrey. It was there that I took employment law as one of my modules and my interest in Employment law only grew when I was introduced to Monaco Solicitors through a volunteer position which I undertook for 6 months.

As a trainee, I now advise and represent clients on a range of employment matters, and I mainly focus on discrimination and constructive dismissal cases.

What our clients say

Ellie"It was a win win for everyone involved"

"Couldn't recommend chloe enough! 10/10, Chloe Holmes was my trainee solicitor and at no point did I ever question her abilities. She was kind and welcoming during all phone calls, no question was silly to ask. I felt like I could ask anything I was unsure about with no judgement. Speaking to solicitors can be a big thing for people (it was for me!) However I'm so glad I chose Monaco overall but was even happier with the help I received from Chloe, she kept me updated every step of the way and allowed me to have full control over what was being communicated. We won and at a brilliant price for me, it was a win win for everyone involved and was completed within a few weeks. Couldn't recommend enough 👌"

Beeh"The trainee was remarkable"

"I had an excellent experience from the trainee solicitor for an employment issue concerning a mental health problem for a family member. The trainee was remarkable. She had an excellent telephone manner and listening skills. She was very compassionate and was able to give give detailed and thorough advice and links. I appreciated her summary of the conversation. When she wasn't sure about something she took further advice and got back to me very promptly. I am very grateful for her advice at a time of great stress and hope to be able to use her services again in three months time."
