Chloe Holmes and Employment Law
I have advised and represented clients on numerous different employment matters. I have experience with and a particular interest in discrimination, but have also advised on unfair dismissal, redundancy, health and safety and whistleblowing matters.
I find my role extremely rewarding, given that I am able to guide clients through a situation which can often be frightening and stressful. I feel proud to be able to offer professional help to those who are in need of advice during a time of both financial and emotional pressures.
Working at Monaco Solicitors allows me to assume control of negotiations on behalf of clients and achieve the best possible outcomes in the shortest possible time. I have had many positive results, including gaining a client over £90,000 in compensation at settlement stage, and also assisting in the preparation of tribunal documentation.
