About Angelo Balabanov

As a dedicated and ambitious employment law trainee solicitor, I recognise the complexities of this area of law and am constantly expanding my knowledge of it. My legal education and ongoing training from lawyers with over a decade of experience specialising in employment law make me well-equipped to provide knowledgeable and effective advice to clients.

My communication skills and ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts make me an invaluable asset to my clients, who rely on me to navigate challenging employment matters. My negotiation skills also enable me to effectively represent clients in negotiations with their employers.

Previous work experience in a charity supporting migrants with accessing employment justice and working in a Barrister chamber dealing with employment law matters has given me a unique and valuable perspective on the field of employment law. By working with individuals who were seeking justice in the workplace, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities that can arise in employment law cases.

This experience has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and compassion necessary to provide a high-quality service to my clients. Additionally, working in a Barrister chamber has given me exposure to a wide range of employment law cases, further strengthening my knowledge in this area.

I have provided clients with employment law advice, from advising on how to navigate themselves through grievance procedures or disciplinaries, to securing settlement agreements for my clients. My aim is to provide even more people with sound legal advice.
