Combining our website, internal apps and award-winning Virtual Lawyer platform, you will oversee the tech integration of the firm as a whole.
You will work closely with our in-house scrum team of a Designer, a Junior Developer and a product person. You will also have access to various consultants including Developers, a Data Specialist, an SEO, and a PPC/CRO.

The role
The role will require a self-starter, with an eye for strategy and project management as well as solid coding skills. You will have a desire to help people through tech innovation, and you will want to overhaul how things work in an industry ripe for disruption.
We have an ambitious, multi-year roadmap including the integration of our bespoke AI solutions, and we’re looking for energetic people to help us to deliver legal help through tech to 100 million people per year by 2032.
You will be working with the latest and trending web solutions that are adopted by many successful companies that operate in Web2 and Web3 sectors.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on development
- Coaching / mentoring junior team members
- Working with the business to strategically plan our tech innovations
