Most of my 14 years of legal experience has been dedicated to advising on employment law. I am experienced in advising employees in all areas of discrimination, dismissals, redundancy, exit strategies and employment tribunal litigation. Additionally, I am skilled in drafting and advising on contractual and policy documents, including restrictive covenants and their enforceability.

During my career, I have been fortunate to gain experience of working with both employees and employers. This allows me to see the full picture when advising on complex employment situations. I enjoy the rapidly changing nature of employment law and particularly advising employees on their rights.

I aim to provide advice in the most straightforward way possible and have a proven track record of negotiating and achieving successful outcomes and financial settlements for my clients.
