I have a proven track record of securing favourable outcomes for my clients, achieving notable successes in challenging cases. Some highlights of my recent accomplishments include:

· Successfully representing a client in obtaining a reinstatement order following a finding of unfair dismissal, along with an additional award and legal costs, when the employer failed to reinstate.

– Successfully bringing a claim of disability discrimination at tribunal and being awarded a settlement of over £250,000.

– Settling a claim for rare associative discrimination before a final hearing.

· Obtaining a successful finding of employment status in an Employment Tribunal case, which led to a subsequent settlement with backstop deductions conceded.

· Resolving a claim through a successful settlement on the ninth day of a ten-day hearing in a complex whistleblowing claim against a large respondent organisation.

· Securing a successful appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) on redundancy consultation, which received widespread attention and recognition.
