About Andrew Fishleigh

I have over 40 years experience of all aspects of employment law and now specialise in advisory work and the settlement of employment disputes.
My work typically covers redundancy, unfair dismissal, all forms of discrimination, the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, breach of contract claims, and advising clients who feel that they are being badly treated, which leads to grievance advice, disciplinary issues and negotiating an agreed exit via a Settlement Agreement.
I am aware that employment disputes can be extremely stressful for the individual concerned and I do my best to ensure that my advice leads to an acceptable solution.
I do have extensive Employment Tribunal and appeal court experience but I seek to avoid litigation by negotiation and early settlement.
