Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm Mon – Fri (full-time guideline only)
Location: Hybrid working: 2 days per week at our Peckham office (SE15), the rest working from home.
Start date: March 2024
Earnings: Basic £27k + commission; up to £35k OTE

Your qualifications
- Undergraduate UK degree or equivalent in Law
- Proven interest in employment law and/or access to justice
- Preferably some previous UK legal work experience.
- This role is not suitable for those candidates who have passed, or are currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC). This is because we are not a training contract provider, and we are looking to progress successful candidates through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) Graduate Apprenticeship route (see below).
- If you are a foreign national you will need settled status or ILR.
Your Route to Qualification with Monaco Solicitors
- The SQE Graduate Apprenticeship takes approximately 27 months.
- You will be working 4 days a week and have one day of ‘protected study’ a week.
- This qualification would be at no cost to you
What you can expect
- Excellent training and development
- Working in a team of around 10 trainee lawyers
- Working with a team of around 7 senior lawyers
- You will quickly be given our own caseload (supervised)
